Your Team: Gabe Hull and Chris Hollis

Gabe Hull owns and operates GK Property Services. For the last 15 years he has managed the maintenance, repairs and upkeep on some of the greatest historic homes in East Grand Rapids. He also has experience with new construction, non-traditional builds like tiny-homes and Bandominiums, and more. Gabe and his team provide the face to face interactions for repair and upkeep to maintain and grow your property and investment.

Chris Hollis is a licensed Michigan Realtor and has been working technology and logistics for Keller Williams since 2012. A veteran of both the United State Marines, and US Army, Chris has a passion for veteran home ownership. Chris is the architect behind the property management technology we use. Chris is the go to guy when looking to grow your investment portfolio, or, when considering a 1031 exchange.
